Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Day 2

Day 2: Journey to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, your private safari guide collects you for a scenic drive through the picturesque Masai plains, dotted with acacia trees and glimpses of vibrant Maasai life — herders in colorful attire, locals cycling, and livestock roaming.

Tarangire is famed for its large elephant herds and diverse wildlife. From your open-roof vehicle, keep watch for giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, and perhaps a lion stalking prey or a leopard resting in tree branches. After a thrilling day of game drives, retire to your lodge for a relaxing evening.

Day 3

Day 3: Exploring Central Serengeti (Seronera Region)

Enjoy breakfast before traveling through the lush highlands cultivated by the Iraqw community. Pass the misty Ngorongoro Conservation Area forests where baboons, elusive leopards, and elephants dwell.

Marvel at the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater — a natural wonder — before entering Serengeti National Park. Here, vast ecosystems spread across grasslands, swamps, lakes, and rolling hills. A rewarding game drive precedes dinner and restful overnight.

Day 4

Day 4: Northern Serengeti – Following the Migration

Depart north from Seronera, traveling roughly 100 kilometers to the tranquil Northern Serengeti. This remote area features rivers, hills, and the unique kopjes rock formations, less crowded and perfect for serene wildlife encounters.

During August, witness the thrilling Mara River crossings, where vast herds brave crocodile-infested waters to reach the Masai Mara. Return to camp under the starry sky for dinner and rest.

Day 5

Day 5: Northern Serengeti – Mara River Experience

An early breakfast precedes a game drive deep into Northern Serengeti. With luck, witness the iconic Mara River crossing — wildebeest and zebra massing at the water’s edge before daring the treacherous swim past lurking crocodiles.

This spectacle of survival and instinct is unforgettable.

Day 6

Day 6: Return to Central Serengeti – Seronera Region

Evening falls on peaceful plains as you unwind by the campfire, sharing stories beneath the Endless Plain’s star-studded sky.

Day 7

Day 7: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

Spend the night in a cozy lodge overlooking the crater’s majestic expanse.

Day 8

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater Full-Day Safari

Before sunrise, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a day of unparalleled wildlife viewing in this self-contained ecosystem. Spanning 260 square kilometers and plunging 610 meters deep, this natural amphitheater is one of Africa’s best places to see the Big Five alongside reedbuck, gazelle, wildebeest, and over 500 bird species.

Enjoy a picnic lunch beside the hippo pool before ascending in the late afternoon and traveling to Karatu for a restful evening.

Day 9

Day 9: Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

After breakfast, visit Lake Manyara National Park, known for its shallow alkaline lake covering seventy percent of the park and attracting vast flocks of flamingos. Explore diverse habitats featuring monkeys, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, elephants, and the famous tree-climbing lions.

Return to Arusha in the late afternoon, hearts full of unforgettable wildlife memories.

Day 10

Day 10: Departure
